Please do not choose this company even if all other companies in the world collapsed, and only this one existed. Try to make a living by doing any other mean jobs but don't accept a manager role in this company. If you want me to state a reason, here is one below, just read: This company gives educational solutions to schools, as a part of that it designs books and sells them to schools all over India. To design the books, they have appointed a number of graphic designers and other technical people. They were used like anything since morning till 10 PM or 11 PM everyday. The GDs put their heart and soul to complete the books in time. After the work was completed, The company fired them. This company has no ethics. Nothing much. I only had good and friendly team mates. Nothing to like about company

Absolutely no job security. They follow hire and fire policy. We were made to work like donkeys including Saturday, Sunday and even on festivals, but once the books were sent for printing, we were fired without proper severance package. Even the so called bonus were not paid, which is big hit on our ctc.

They will hire you when they require at the same time within a month again they will remove u without any update. Again they will call you to come and join again when they need. It's waste of time. And very torture to strech till 11pm night. Suggesting: don't join the organisation it's a waste of time.

They are not responding well and having many dispute with all the customers. The image of company is very poor in Market. And for the employee the process of reimbursement is very poor they didn't give any many and the process of claim is very frustrating
