Non Local Parciality, Cheap management skills, no life balance, Poor appraisals. No job security, recently many people got fired just because of cost cutting. They asked my friend to switch her mobile off when she was in meeting. As the meeting was related to her termination. As she was holding strong points in order to retain her self. But she got fired. I work as a Cinematographer. It’s been more than a year, I find no better role here. We are forced to come on Sunday’s. Very cheap management skills. No Job satisfaction. Many people got fired just because of cost cutting.
