it nice to work with onlinetyari specially my the teams. All the employees were very friendly and supporting. they have a team outing.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that they fire people any time just giving you silly reasons. they(management) have their internal issues fighting with each other. blaming each other.

I liked the Company Culture the most. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Even the top Management Officials were so helpful. I enjoyed working there. They gave me all the Job training required for my role. Great Place to work.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
