I regret to say that my experience with Nexsus Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd has been far from satisfactory. The company's handling of employee relations and the atmosphere within the organization have raised serious concerns about harassment. From the moment I joined the company, I noticed a toxic work environment that seemed to be tolerated by the management. Harassment, in various forms, was not uncommon. The lack of support and empathy from the higher-ups was disappointing. Several employees, including myself, have felt marginalized, and attempts to address these issues were met with indifference. This lack of accountability and a culture of silence only exacerbated the problem. It is disheartening to see a company allow such behavior to persist.
