There is only Politics...it doesn't matter how hard work are you doing for the company...if you are favourite person of national head than you are safe... other wise they'll fire you within a month...they are hiring from non tile Industries persons (because everyone is knows there work culture who is in Tiles so they are not interested in this company). During the interview they show you very big dreams...and when once you join the company they start to identify the reasons how to fire you..and if you don't give them any chances.. than the reasons given by them is you are not in discipline..even same day of resignation they check your bags...they take your personal things also... and starts to treat you like have you stolen something of the company... there's work culture is like lala Babu wala company...
