- No appreciation for work done. - Appraisals were kept on hold and once we ask for it, they'll either demotivate you by putting into PIP or fire from the job. - I've worked in this company for more than 2 years. Got first appraisal post 6 months and after that no appraisal or promotion.

Founder team totally worst team toxic work culture specially Amit Singh from founder office useless guy don't know anything after he join lots of people left Newton's School even the people who help to build you Newton's School who used to be the pillar of Newton's School.

I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
