It is such a horrible place to work. 1. Extreme politics. You cannot even tolerate it. If you join, then within 2 months you will start looking for a better opportunity. 2. Nobody knows the meaning of professionalism, ethics, email etiquette, and value. Even the leadership team is lacking in these areas. 3. Job security is a zero here. You will be asked to leave at any point in time. So always we have that fear in our mind that can make us more depressed. So many layoffs recently. 4. 90% of employees are from Tamilnadu ( including me ). So their first preference goes to Tamil-speaking people. Being a Tamilian, I don't like this at all. 5. Hike is maximum of 2% for a whole year. We're working for money. Nobody can offer a free service. 6. Work-life balance is a big question here. They commit an unrealistic deadline and they ask us to adhere to that. That will lead you to suffer in many areas. 7. They always lure employees by giving some gifts and short-term onsite (non-US and max. of 15 days ). If you fall for that, then your entire life will be ruined. 8. Very ancient technologies. Mostly very specific and licensed tools. You won't be seeing any vacant for those technologies and those so-called tools. Hence, you will be stagnated forever. 9. There is no career growth too. In fact, they can show some different JD while conducting an interview. After getting into that company, you will be asked to work on useless spreadsheet work. 10. Your manager can take credit for your work. You worked day and night. But, onsite people will send an email to your manager for coordinating with the team ( seriously? ). 11. They can lure you with good pay, short-term onsite. But, I would recommend you to use that as a counteroffer and don't join. You will suffer like hell ( from my past experience ). 12. 90 days' notice is another trap. They don't entertain buy-out also. You are expected to serve entire 90 days notice. Nothing as such. The worst company in my complete career.

Dislikes

No stability in management and company with full of lies. They promise you something at the time of offer but they change rules as they want. Founder of the company left in the middle by selling his shares and there is no future here. One good thing in this company is they give good pay, but that only needed to make people stay.

There is no development work here. Just upgrades, no technology stack,nothing to learn. all developement work is done abroad and only support job is here with no scope to learn anything.
