Nothing to LIKE this company. It's the worst company that ever is to exist on this planet. The only thing I appreciate is how the CEO aka the owner - Srini is a multi tasker who pokes his nose in anything and everything. I guess that's the previlige of being the owner of this pathetic so called company.

Dislikes

Million things to dislike: - They peddle fake reviews by forcing the current staff to write positive reviews and they delete the honest reviews wherever the company is projected negatively. - The owner, Shrinivas Racha, is the biggest problem and hindrance of the company that could have done much better if only he stayed in his laneof managing the company instead of getting involved in every petty things. - I don't understand how a human mind can be so fickle especially of full grown a## adult mind (not kids) but the owner never sticks to his words and changes 100 times within 1 hour. Godbless his family. At least the staff has the choice to leave the company, I pity his family and other personal connections. - HR are for name sake, a dummy department, who can't accomplish anything on their own and act on the owner's direction. They better burn their degree along with whatever little self respect that is left especially Khaleel. Master mind who manipulates and plays with words - big applause for his unprofessionalism. How have these people survived in corporate sector with bare minium ethics is beyond human comprehension. - No humanity shown during covid 19 and still forced the staff to come everyday. Because of the owner Srinivas who had covid, one of the staff boy also got covid. And still they forced ppl to work from office. INHUMANE. -The owner doesn't have the basic courtesy of conversing with other humans. He uses very derogatory terms and abuses in English and hindi like 'ch#...' to abuse the staff openly. PLEASE JOIN THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. IT IS BETTER TO STAY UNEMPLOYED THAN TO LIVE WITH SUCH HUMILIATION. AVOID NEWFORCE AT ALL COSTS.....Read More
