There is nothing good about this company. Terrible management. Nothing to learn. No employee benefits. Nothing. Head of the company make commitments that never gets fulfilled. They just want work from you. You will never learn anything here.

Dislikes

As already mentioned above the company is not at all good. If you know how to flatter your seniors or know buttering. Then you have benefits of working there. Though that depends totally on the mood of your senior.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
