I think the word limit is less for mentioning the dislikes I have for this school. Have you ever been under an autocratic rule? If not then you will experience an autocratic environment here. There is no development of skill. Talking about the salary, if you take tutions at home it would be better. At least you will have peace of mind. All the female staff needs to wear saree everyday. So if you are comfortable wearing a saree all day long, you won't have problem, at least with the dress code here. Management, well the senior staff doesn't let the new joiners in the discussion and the main staff won't ask your opinion in the first place. I worked for an year here and still the principal didn't knew my name. I hope you get my point. Timings are ruthless.
