Likes

Kids and teachers are good. Parents well behaved.

Dislikes

No good atmosphere and culture. There is no good compensation but work pressure is too much. Though management is new in this field but they don't want my suggestions. f Staff doesn't stay. About 60-70%staff leaves every ear. And many more....can't write here.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is different and challenging. I have to look after entire school. When I joined this school total no of students were 385 only and now about 1300 I have done many more things in this school.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
