There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not satisfying. No increment. When i join they tell me after 3 months later your salary will increase but after 1.6 year gone but no increment. Bad work environment and culture. This is the Chinese company. Chinese have no brain to see who’s wrong or who’s right and after that you explain them but they don’t want to listen anything. Some indian people leading the company. There department head what tell them against junior they understand and believe what Indian mean. This company have no rules regulations. I lost my 1.6 yeat there. Very bad experience.
