Well let me introduce myself first, I am a Technical Sales Engineer in Nevon and hold total of 1 year experience in this company. I am writing this review after working in this organization for a year now. Now coming to things that I like about my company. 1. Culture: My company has a very nice work culture, they allow the employees to work freely, no formals compulsory (casuals allowed), also there is good support from seniors and fellow employees are motivating. They appreciate the employees for their efforts. On my first target completion I got a token of appreciation in the form of a gift. 2. Policies: We enjoy the games which are organized on Saturdays. There are activities happening occasionally and active participation of all employees is taken care of. Best part during activities is there is no senior or junior everyone gets equal opportunities. 3. Celebrations : During my one year's tenure we have celebrated various festivals including Diwali, Holi, Christmas, Makar Sankranti, etc. We also had our sports day wherein everyone including our MD participated in various sports. 4. Infrastructure: Work place is good, Lounge area with a bunk bed is an added advantage. 5. Nothing as such just the thing I hate is no picnic happened after my joining, but I hope the management will soon plan one.
