Gurgaon office location is good as it is located in cyber city that is closer to all the ad agencies nearby saves and time in commute

Dislikes

sales incentives are never given on time and incentive slab can be changed anytime without intimation which highly demotivates the employee

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
