Friendly team mate's, events on occasions of birthday, holi festival.

Dislikes

Their is a politics from management, poor training to new joiners, expect immediate result, 1 year Bond to be signed, no job security, un ethical behavior from the management, nasty decision from the management. No proper strategy, processes, no growth.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! No formal training session. Timings are too long. No professionalism, 1 year Bond to be signed, no career growth, no benefits, not a good company.
