This company gives value and respect to each individual employee and their ideas into innovative idea. I love this reliable and trust worthy company. There are ample to opportunities where each of them can excel their careers. i.e company gives values to their employee. Management respectful to their employee. They always ready to response and resolve employee concern with zero wait time, So you can life a respectful life with your family and with your neighbor. i.e you can balance work life. Ultimately, everyone is working for money. This organization pays very decent salary above the market standard.

I am working in a client location since I joined. I am handled all the life cycle of the product development. i.e right from Design, implementation, development and support.

Challenging work, salary is impressive compare to other service based MNC'S.

Dislikes

Don't expect work life balance. We dont know when we are going to leave for the day. No scope for learning, you should update your self technically, company won't provide any trainings.
