People, atmosphere & work culture . It was something that I like most about the company.

The increment given was very minimal.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the starting but my fellow team mates helped me out. I got a chance to learn different roles in the same team which was quite nice in the the starting of my career.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
