I didn't like working there at all coz there is no work culture. They call themselves workaholic but they only praise the person who stays at office for longer time. Compensation given is pathetic. Even for extra working hours they treat employees like labours and give them wages which are less than a labour's wage for a day. I would recommend who want to join them please wait and find another opportunity. It's better to wait than to join them. I also left them without taking any another opportunity coz they are so much annoying. Appraisal's are joke to them. Sometimes they give your appraisal when your next appraisal is about to come. No appreciatation of any kind either from managers or senior management. No work life balance as they don't believe that an employee have a life. During Covid-19 lockdown they gave WFH to most of the employees but for others they marked as without pay days.

- Terrible policies - No regard for employees - No new ideas - Senior management don't know what they want to work on. Everything is left on the employees and when employees present there ideas, management don't like it and will have to do all the work from starting with in a day. - No new tools - No learning opportunities - No suppo rt from managers in any way....Read More
