Terrible Job security. You can be fired from job anytime. There projects are never long term and they don’t know how to manage good long term projects , so projects keep ramping down and they keep firing and hiring policy

I mean to say IT organizational environment is something different if we compared with Netparticipate Solutions, They treated employee just like a labour. There are many more things to describe here, but main concern is text limit of text box.
