Nothing good in this company for Experience professionals. This company is good for freshers but at the end of the day they will not learn anything. They will take you without any client round, later they will do your client round when you get into the company. There is no concept of Bench or training into new technology Job Security is Zero. They will do good timepass. They can ask you to work on anything. People are here in the system with 20Y, so The company is under control of those persons. I worked for 13 years in Netcracker and it's pay master . Your work is directly proportional to pay you receive no matter the company position . Onsites are limited and short . You can learn telecom in detail and depth.you will be satisfied EOD for the work you deliver and you will be occupied most of the year with assignments

Russian domination is too high. If we are assigned in any project or about to allocate certain training’s to be given in that perspective but that is not given.

You will be 🔥, if you don't go and talk to your manager daily. You work or not , just go and talk to something or the other with your manager otherwise you'll be 🔥.racist managers, not all. Your manager will call you and ask you to resign. Choose this company if you don't have any other choice

Everything is driven from Russia no decision making happens from India except firing cause our managers very good at that. They keep all the age old donkeys and sends the good people out
