Zero jon security. Its firecracker instead of netcracker. Hire and fire policy.Pathetic, poor, horrible work culture. Absolutely nothing to like. They make life miserable. Your journey in netcracker will take following course : 1. You will get a hard time to find a project. They hire without any specific project. You will be asked to give interview in various projects. And mind it, the interview level is difficult than the job interview. 2. If you fail to crack project interview for for couple of times then start counting your days. 3. Considering you are lucky and you got a project, there will be absolutely no KT, training or any help you can expect. The expectation would to perform like old timers project members from the first day. 4. You will be purely at mercy of Russian managers or leads who can kick you out of project any day without any explanation. Trust me on this its very easy to kick someone out of project here. 5. Can't describe the dislikes in words. Here are some - No job security, No work life balance, No KT or training provided, poor growth. There is absolutely nothing good here. Avoid at any case. Even if you don't have any job avoid joining this company and try finding other as they will make your life miserable.

Job security is zero in Netcracker. Be ready to get fired anytime on e project is not allocated. No clear process defined. Working in their own framework which has zero value in market. Working on old technologies. Highly toxic work culture with Russian counterparts. No knowledge sharing within teams. Join only if you want stress of getting fired anytime....Read More
