No job security, no employee friendly policies, no support and response from management or even from HR. while offering a job they attract with salary but once after joining they will support for ur problems. My sincere advise for any level employee to not prefer this company and not even try to interview.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
