Management behaviour very poor , No Work satisfaction, Company culture very poor, no Ground level Training .overall Sanand plant is like Lala Plant.

Good pay, continuously training is provided.

Dislikes

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.
