Only remote working additional allowance.

Dislikes

Leadership and management are not at all supportive towards employee’s welfare and work life balance. One on leave or vacation must work as there is no proper backup resource to handle daily activities. On the growth chart there won’t be any slope and most of it is flat. Promotions are way beyond thinking as going up a level would take 5 years minimum.

Not good. Work for 12 hours and bill for 8 to avoid compliance issue.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
