Being leader in market you mostly achieve your target and things becomes easier for you .Its wonderful company but management is poor now,things are done on ad hoc basis

Dislikes

1.Narrow thinking of people 2. Biased approach towards rewards and appreciation 3. Your appraisal mostly depends on how good your relationship with your manger

Work Details

It’s pathetic when it comes to work life’s balance as you achieve your target but still you wont be given any appreciation for that and there is no fixed working hours here you might get calls after 10 pm also and have to submit some ad hoc reports

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
