1. Salary is quite high in comparison to productive work. 2. Travel allowances are also good though manager centric. 3. Health insurance though extremely low, however covers many things like infertility, maternity etc. 4. Good company to start career as package is quite high & has a big brand name but don't stay more than 1/2 years.If you stay more than 2 years you will not find yourself fit in the industry. Work environment, organization culture, work life balance, career growth, job security. 1. My job is secured if I do productive job & upgrade my professional skills.here only one can learn logic & argument. Being Nutrition Executive I used to fill up excel sheet, data entry kind of format feeling, carrying load (delivery boy). My actual job was not matching with my designation, so after a certain period of time no company is ready to take interview of Nutrition Executives. If a cardiac surgeon does a job of chef in any hospital & never sees any patients then after 10 years what will be his skills as a doctor, who will appoint him as a doctor again. 2.Bosses & trainers only have philosophical knowledge, no technical knowledge. Managers can never give solution. 3.Salary will increase but never expect career growth.More than 95% employee can't go beyond first line manager if they spend their entire career.Moreover company never promotes talents, promotion is totally based on personal choice. 4.HR is always busy in blaming others & making others accountable as if their only job is to take salary & blaming others. I have never seen HR is accountable for anything.Always forceful acceptance in favor of HR. 5.Politics here will defeat any worst designated political party. 6.No work life balance.Excel sheet & data entry job continues during holidays, festivals, leaves, late night, travel, family weddings etc. 7.No respect for employees & their families.Company give pressure to buy personal car use it for official purpose without understanding financial status of the family. No transparent transfer policy, someone staying in the same city for 15 years & someone travelling around country year after year. 8.There is family picnic with equal contribution from all employees.However junior employees & field staffs struggle to get low budget room key waiting for hours with their family. But with same contributions bosses & their families enjoy luxury rooms with same contribution....Read More

Nutrition Executive- Looking after nutrition business in the territory by handling distributors,generating demand by visiting doctors, nurses & hospitals. But actual job was to fill up excel sheet (they call it project), carry load like delivery boy.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
