Very good Managing director, colleagues are very understanding and friendly nature.

Dislikes

Department heads are only meant for politics, No good appraisals for the work done not even a compliment, No space for creativity and new ideas ,

Salary - Bad

Work Details

Work is very concentrative and knowledgeable , as a accountant we need to be truthfull to the company ,

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
