Active school in terms of activities and games.

Dislikes

Disliking the aspect that there's work exploitation. Salary NEVER on time. 1 teacher has to do 10 roles on job making to painful to balance all. No accountant/ receptionist/ art and music teacher yet. Several teachers left school but no HR appointed yet in all these years. No salary distribution and no PF gets cut. All my certifications and school documents are submitted and they make you sign bond for 5 years zabardasti and work hard with barely any holidays. No half day system here and no paid leaves given....Read More

No focus on curriculum. Teachers are asked to do all sort of administrative work. Curriculum is at the periphery. Documents are forced to submit their documents without which they don't give appointment order and don't release their salary. Once you submit, the documents aren't released even after an year of resignation. Worst school and management. Mentally tortures the teachers.

Nothing in the school management is upto date ... Horrible Management and Administration. No coordination between anyone and no ethics. Nobody values anyone, Salaries not paid in time, last month salary will get credited by the end of this month, very irresponsible behaviour towards staff. No fixed timming to leave ...
