It was the worst experience as my first job because the company provides poor salary benefits with random deduction of salary but expect their employees to work in their leaves/weekoffs/GH etc. Additionally the behaviour of manager and team leaders are the worst, instead of motivating employees they focus on threatening employees tosack them. They expect employees to work 24 hours with minimum wage and complaints of employees are not even considered forget providing solution....Read More

Countless dislikes about the company, to start with poor employee benefits. There was nothing good about the company.. poor management strategies and deducting employee salary randomly. They do not have any policy for employee benefits and removed what was there previously for their own benefits.

The extreme capitalist mentality of the owners. They pay a meagre amount but churns out lakh from a person. Almost this is a 24*7 job with no work-life balance. Extremely disappointing, always ready to cut salary, delay in incentives, and unacceptable company policies. Seniors and supervisors also put their best effort in training and grooming the employees. Payment structure is quite competitive and is transparent from the time of interview itself. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
