Total useless company and a big destroyer of your time, no skills enhancement, no leaves guarantee and no work life balance and the worst part is rude and unprofessional management. If you want pocket money can try it otherwise it's total time waste.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
