Lack of communication and guidance. They'll refuse to communicate with you and put you on hold till it's too late for you and then they'll hold you accountable for mistakes that they didn't address. Nothing there is nothing to like about this company trainees are good and friendly but the team leaders managers even the HRs are horrible in understanding their employee's priorities and situations.

Dislikes

Everything. Once a person enters this orgaization will understand what dies office politics mean what does partiality mean. The manager Prieombrata and the ATLs and the TLs keep constant pressure on the writers only the first 1 month of joining in the team feels good after that the reality comes in play . Please avoid companies like this if your don't want your self-esteem to be shaken.
