Worst organization, don't know when the will kick out with short term notice period and ull not get the salary also they will deduct the short notice period, they will only ask us to resign and to do 3 days of notice period, waste organization

The work culture is good if your reporting manager is good. It depends. The best thing is salary is always on time. There's appraisal every year.

Dislikes

If your reporting manager isn't supportive you won't be able to take leaves and all. The SO people treat the center level people differently. Center managers rarely have a scope for promotion. You might to take calls,update reports even when in leave. There's mental pressure.
