A prestige and benefits were lucrative. But these were not right for me as I need to wait my kids to grow to attend for these benefits.

Dislikes

Favoritism and once right to get command, other was given the responsibility.

Work Details

Thrilling for the challenge liker like me, but the tempo was withdrawn when at right moment I was not trusted for the big challenge when I was capable to handle them with ease.

I got opportunity to learn about business management and deal with different parties as a manager.

Dislikes

Some of the parties do not complete their part of duty in coordinated time frame.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
