Great work life balance and lots of perks , health benefits , PF incentives and more The company also organizes many events like cricket tournaments which all enjoy every year

I like the working culture here. Every project is a challenge that gives a chance to learn something new. The colleagues are very friendly and supportive . Plus the pay is great and those who work from long stream get additional perks too

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
