Good work environment and culture. Lots of room to learn new things and explore. Freedom to choose your own stacks and improve. Appraisals are fair and conducted every year.

Dislikes

Nothing yet on the negative side. Appraisals could be conducted twice a year though.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
