- This organization reflects the ultimate level of Autocracy - CEO can take major turnaround calls without thinking about employees and can go to any extent to satisfy his ego - In a pandemic hit world in 2020 when large/medium/small companies were providing option to WFH, NeoGrowth asked employees to show up at office premises fromJune'20. From Sep'20 they made mandatory to work from office. - You can forget about getting a work life balance as each Saturday and Sunday you need to work to support CEO's vision - You can expect to get an assignment at Friday evening and you are expected to get it done by Monday morning sacrificing your weekend - This Company is driven by old Bankers and NBFC people who don't encourage new ideas and not so friendly with disrupting Technologies - This Company is nowhere near to called as a Fintech/Digital Lending org most of the processes are Paper based and calling it simple it is a loan selling company with highest possible rate in market and fooling people with ornamental coverage - Irrespective of your role you can be turned as an collection agents if Company thinks it is appropriate - This brief can go up exponentially, just a piece of advice to aspirants, don't join the company even they lure you with fat pay checks...Read More
