Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to New joiners.

Work satisfaction - Bad

Work Details

The job is quite interesting Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
