This is pathetic place to work. this is just a Lala ki Dukan, nothing else. This shop is just bluffing with customers and his employees as well. They have expertise to deduct salary of his employees. And Incentives is just to show, not to give. They are making fool of his employees. 3rd class environment of this shop. This is the biggest mistake of my life to join this dukaan. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
