The company has experienced significant financial instability, including a three months salary delay in salary payments. This financial distress has led to numerous legal challenges from both employees and customers, alleging fraudulent business practices. NEO Developers is a fraud company, cheating with everyone like employees, customers, stakeholders& Government etc. Salary is delayed 2-3 months and not doing FnF of those employees who left the company. lots of cases are pending in labour court. MD is very bad in nature. Be caution before joint the NEO Developers

Now I hardly like working there. It’s a third class company to work with

Salary is delayed by 5-6 months Vendors, Contractors and even Customers are not getting their payments Everyone is fighting a battle for their hard earned money and the MD doesn’t bother answering them or paying their dues. Employees who had left are still following up for their pending salary but no response.
