Good working environment and a team work . Relaxed working hours with no mental stress. Availability of hospital services 24*7. Ethical and quality work done in patient care which is rare.

Appraisal should be given on individual performance and cannot be applied as a uniform thing to all employees. Otherwise people who are doing good work will stop doing it if they feel they are treated equally to people who are not doing anything good for the hospital. Underpaying your employees always takes away the motivation to do good work. So you should pay your good nursing staff and doctors as they deserve, and not keep them in the same line as others who are not doing good work. Very Very poor marketing.
