My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Comapny has around 400 to 500 crore revenue. Policies are good. You can learn many things here except systematic work,so for fresher it is not recommended. 2 bonuses yearly. On time salary. So many leaves you get.

Dislikes

Canteen facility is not so good. Difference between promised and actual offer so be careful while negotiations with HR. Appraisal depends on your boss and you get good boss on your luck. Management is only profit oriented so not so many extra activities. No work-life balance. No proper job training provided. Overloaded work. No transport facility.
