Company is least bothered about their employees. When work can be done from home, they call you to office. Management is very poor, no decisions are taken until the end moment. Lack of manpower at all times. You have to do shifts for others when they are on leave. Managers are useless, and can never br trusted with their words.

Dislikes

No growth at all. Asked doubts to my managers he says he will get back to me but never does. As if they have no time for anything. Have to work 14 hours due to lack of manpower, and extra on off days as they're very slow to recruit new people. Don't know the reason its done deliberately to save money or they get something by troubling their employees. No night shift allowance is given, no cab, no amenities.
