Must give mask to all employees daily. I asked mask to security but he didn't gave me mask and he said to me you must use the mask atleast 3 days this is admin guidelines. This is not safe to employees.

Good work environment and culture. We have cab facility that is so safe. There is a cafeteria which is have games and library too. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and partiality in the team and the management doesn't address the issues. The training for new joiners is not given. Large amount of new joiners has been hired and most of them are fired.So, because of this session time and energy has been wasted for the one who's given the KT to them.

* There are 4 kind of teams has involved in the office ( IT, Payroll, BGV, Benefits). But i was worked in the Benefits team, Totally wasted my career. * Why because , they didn't give opportunities for to proof our best of knowledge. * Benefits Ops Managers was Behave too worst . * They didn't give freedom . they said, here should be only focus on process don't participate in cultural programming or any fun friday games . * Before 1 year i felt better , But after came back Ops manager, Benefits team loosing them freedom and uncomfortable . * They didn't consider for weekend shift employee for any events . * They didn't give opportunity to speak english to clients , that's a major minus for all employees . * I'm not mentioned other team, I just said only for BENEFITS team . * Keep change as well as better...Read More
