1. Working with machinery & technology of old era. 2. Very low standards of working, offices, canteen etc. 3. No employee motivation or management gathering programs. 4. No thinking or encouragement by top management for company & employees. 5.No systematic culture of leaves or holidays. 6. No culture of internal transfer of top management resulting in monopoly of people & politics.
