Work culture and the entire management team is good . All the members in the organization are quite humble and very helpful . If you want to earn a side income without any stress this job is a perfect fit for you !

The growth is stagnant over here . There will be no growth no perks no promotions nothing . Its mundane to take same sessions everyday without anything new . If you are looking to learn something new and want to explore other departments as well then this is not the right place . Here only those people can survive who are looking for a side income .

1. No work environment culture. 2. No parties, outings, festival celebrations, Diwali gifts, or employee-friendly policies. 3. Appraisal issue. 4. Not ready to explore technology. 5. Bad incentive policy, would suggest Sales guys not join the company as the company's CEO never retains anyone even if you are giving him good business. 6.
