The so-called CEO is often regarded as a multi-talented leader but seems uninformed about many aspects. Monetary gains have been made through misrepresentation,leading to a company culture that exploits employees under various guises. While some possess good work ethics, an overall negative atmosphere prevails due to archaic practices. Despite a few professional individuals, the organization remains mired in a toxic environment.
