It all depends on what type of manager you have. I have feasibility of working from home. Work life balance is great

Dislikes

Pay, learning, growth, no training, experienced SME reluctant to share information. With new CEO it looks like NCR has changed completely where you feel like your job is insecure.

Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
