There is no job security. Only people who have relatives/recommendations can continue their job otherwise will be terminated when they don't need your service. Top management is strong but they don't aware of what's going on project sites,In project sites there are unqualified people who sits as PM (our PM was welder in this company when he joined and he has no degree later on he is promoted as PM... God knows whether he passed 10th standard or not). No one can sustain in this company either he/she should have relatives or good recommendations....Read More

Dislikes

I worked just one year only..and was terminated because I questioned my PM of his ignorance about the project,his inability to guide the team,and he was absolutely unfit to lead the work,never opened his mouth in the meeting to speak about project status. Eventually he was an utter failure but still he is working in NBTC...

Work Details

Not fully satisfied because very alternate Friday I forced to work (half day),and I didn't get any bonus (agreed by HR). Provided very bad and congested accomodation facilities even I was engineer, (four people in a room).Food not bad but satisfactory.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
