I worked with NBTC for 3.5 years.Work timing is tough but its as per requirement of client.Eventhough there are partiality , the good thing is that top management are very good and always favours the hard working employ.Salary is always on time without any delay, even in COVID-19 period when there were lack of projects .Company always pay all the settlements without any deduction to terminated employees.You can grow more with this company being a new employee when you have some good connection with HR or any other department....Read More

the only thing i disliked , that HR being sitting in the office dont know or understand the importance of people working at site in a very difficult condition and tough work timing.Whatever dedication you have in your working and what ever impossible kind of task you have acheived in terms of schedule and commercially wont give you a ny advantage when HR comes into picture.Site management is always good and project department always favours you but they too have no force over HR,irrespect of the fact that Site is earning not HR....Read More

The ob is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt Everything on the job. I got a chance to were multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Nbtc KUWAIT company only concentrate to the south indian especially kerala person .if north indian person working good ,all credit goes on south indian ..poor management for the north indian especially when increment ot and bonus time ..they only focussed on the keralian whether they dont deserve for that.
