Company Policies are well established and are timely implemented. They have good employees in HR department except few. There is no one to disturb you after job hours, you can peacefully sleep at night because most of the work is now done by contractor team, you just have to be present on site and sign the reports . Frequent employee training is organised which helps to upgrade employees skill.

If you join at entry level , you will feel no power for 10-12 years of your life untill you become atleast Dy. GM . At entry level you are just a regular employee, you are not involved in decision making. All the decision is being taken by senior staff, you only have to follow whatever seniors asks you to. Everything about the company, there is racism between permanent and contractual employees, no work life balance, they took work from contractual employees 24/7, there is no one where you have to raised your voice. Anyone who want to speak about the system or anything the person have to face the mental harassment and consequences.
